What is the difference between momentary and latching switches?

Momentary: Press to power on, release to power off.

Latching: Press once to power on, press again to power off.

What voltages are available for illuminated buttons?

We offer 3V-6V, 12V-24V, 110V-230V as standard. Custom voltages are available.

Are the buttons waterproof?

Some models are waterproof. Please contact us for the specific rating.

Do you inspect the products before shipping?

Absolutely. Quality is our priority. Every single switch undergoes two rounds of rigorous testing before dispatch to ensure you receive 100% functional and perfect products.

Do you provide wiring diagrams?

Yes! We provide detailed wiring instructions and diagrams for every switch model. If you need technical support, our engineers are available to help you via email or WhatsApp.

What materials are the switches made of?

We primarily use 304 Stainless Steel and Anodized Aluminum for superior texture and durability.

Shipping & Quality

How long does shipping take?

We maintain a steady stock of standard items. For small orders, we typically ship within 1-2 business days. For bulk orders, the lead time may be 3 days or more depending on the quantity. Please consult our customer service for a specific shipping schedule.

Do you have a Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)? Is there a discount for bulk orders?

At Techess, we support your business at any scale:

No MOQ: We have no minimum order quantity. Even for custom laser-engraved items, we can easily produce just one piece as a sample for you.

Tiered Pricing: While we support small orders, we do offer preferential pricing for bulk purchases. The larger the quantity, the more competitive the price we can offer.

Are products in stock? How long is the delivery time?

Regular switches are in stock for fast shipping. Bulk customization takes about 3-7 days. Please confirm exact lead time before ordering.

Do you support cross-border shipping? Who pays the customs duties?

We ship worldwide. We will declare at normal value. Customs duties of the destination country are the buyer's responsibility. Customs will contact you for tax payment.

Can you provide an invoice?

Yes, we will issue the corresponding invoice after confirming your order details.

What should I do if there is a quality problem?

Please contact our support with your order information. We will arrange replacement, or return after verification.
